Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every ALAMOUR purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
The Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original condition, including all tags, protective bags, and packaging. Include your RMA number and order details. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.
Refund Details
Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for our team to process the refund
- An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchange Details
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
