If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please Note: To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our special occasion wear, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bridal Gowns & Bride To Be Collection: Due to the custom nature and emotional significance of these pieces.
  • Earrings & Accessories: For health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”: These are offered at a special promotional price.
  • Any item that is worn, altered, damaged, or missing its original tags or packaging.

The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original condition, including all tags, protective bags, and packaging. Include the completed copy of your original packing slip or a note with your RMA number and order details. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.

Refund & Exchange Details

Refunds: Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:

  • 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team.
  • An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
